Deliveries
All orders for items available in the shop are shipped no later than the next business day. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday will be processed the following business day. Sales or promotional periods may result in a slight additional delay; thank you in advance for your understanding.
For custom orders, shipping times will be provided before order confirmation. Please allow approximately 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the creation time of your design.
All orders are sent via tracked mail. Once handed over to the carrier, the average delivery time for mainland France is approximately 24 to 48 hours.
Orders with gift wrapping are shipped via Colissimo with home delivery. Please allow approximately 24 to 48 hours for delivery.
For international orders, the average delivery time for the European Union (Zone 1) is between 72 hours and 5 days. The average delivery time for other continents and overseas territories (Zone 2) is between 5 and 10 days.
If you wish, you can also opt for delivery to a collection point.
Exchanges & Refunds
You have the option to return any product ordered from the website within 14 days of the delivery date. This right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items, nor to sale or promotional items.
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once I receive the returned item, a promotional code of equivalent value will be emailed to you.
The product must be returned in its original, new condition and packaging. Any return that does not meet these conditions (damaged, broken, used, or soiled) will not be eligible for a credit or refund and will be returned to you .

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once I have received and inspected the returned item, I will send you an email to confirm receipt and if everything is in order, I will proceed with your refund, the creation of a credit note in case of exchange or a gift credit.
